Platform SLOs track pods and nodes. Journey SLOs track whether customers can complete the process that pays the bills. This pack provides create-in-UI specs for journey availability (Synthetics), step latency, and checkout conversion—wired to the same tags and correlation labels as the End-to-End Observability packs.
When to use it
Use after you push monitors from Elastic Synthetics Critical Journey Templates and adopt correlation keys. Create SLOs in Kibana Observability using the JSON guides as indicator specs.
Why it helps
- Puts error budgets on journey success, not only Kubernetes capacity.
- Documents exact wire-up for Synthetics availability and custom KQL conversion/latency indicators.
- Uses tag
journey:checkoutso monitors and SLOs stay aligned.
